Let us celebrate festivals!!!!

Festivals are the expressions of joy, a depiction of culture and union of relations. They not only bring in happiness but also teach us the essentials of binding together, irrespective of the generation gaps.

It is the kids who enjoy the festivals a lot, be it for tasting the delicious sweets or for enjoying with their family members. Celebrating festivals, especially with the elders inspire the kids, help them know a lot about the reasons and history of celebrating festivals. Also, the kids can be taken to temples on the day of festivals so that they are spiritually bound as well.

Festivals are not only happy occasions, they also bring in more friendliness and give us an opportunity to know about various cultures. Children gain a chance to learn the necessity of sharing with others and be united with one another. Every festival gives us a moral, a positivity to hold on. People share gifts with each other on the festive days that teaches us to GIVE AND ACCEPT things in life.

When there is a festive mood we feel a sense of peace, cheerfulness that leaves an inexpressible satisfaction amongst the family members. It’s these festival times that enable us to teach our children, the merry of togetherness, importance of relations and neighbourhood.
